3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship using USPS Carrier Calculated rates, ensuring you get the best shipping option based on weight, distance, and package size.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary.

  • Luxury takes time! We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages—please reach out to USPS for delivery concerns.

  • International shipping may be available, but customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our beauty products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email allurebykayy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
